Audra Martin, project manager in the Water Quality Division, is responsible for coordinating the Commission's activities relating to wetlands as well as The Long Island Sound Study. Her duties as a member of NEIWPCC include the coordination of the group on wetlands, which gathers representatives from both federal and state agencies to talk about the concerns.
